The process for an income based loan was so easy! The car I chose was in excellent condition. The service was outstanding. I'm working on rebuilding my credit, I'm happy that this will help improve my credit. Thank you!nnAlmost 3 weeks ago, on my way out of town for my job, my engine died. It turned out that my engine blew and I needed a new engine. Due to the awesome warranty I have on my car, and the incredible service I received from the Byrider staff and service, I paid only $200 out of my pocket for an engine that cost nearly $5000. Not only that, because i had to rent a car for travel to work out of town, they also reimbursed about half of the rental fees. I cannot say enough of how grateful and thankful I am for Thomas, Kim and all the service and staff for the best customer service and care I received. I want everyone to know that if you are in need of a car, even if your credit is less than perfect, Byrider will get you in a good car, and more than that, will take care of you if and when your car needs repair. They have truly gone way above and beyond, and during this trying time, this kind of service is so important and so much appreciated. I won't need a car for a while, but when I do, I will absolutely get it from Byrider. From my heart, thank you!

Awesome Dealership. A+++ for customer service, their salesman Omar is amazing. He got me into the car I wanted very quickly, the process was very easy, very quick, and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want, not what they think you want. No pushy sales people, just there to help when you need them and when you are ready to buy. Tyler in the finance department was great, very helpful, and explained the whole process where anyone can understand it. You guys ROCK!!!!!

Omar was amazing. He helped us get in and out with in a few hours. I have worked with this place for several years and I will continue to come back. I didn’t feel Pressure to make a choice. They worked with my budget and respected what I wanted. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Over the years they have remember me and my family. Omar, Thomas, and every one here are amazing to work with.

Great experience! Battery was bad..they replaced it for the price of a meal at a restaurant. Fast service! Kim is awesome too! I've had this car for almost two years and love it!!

Great company! Desperately needed a good work car and Omar did awesome to find me just that! The car was dusty but made sure he got it cleaned before we drove away! Highly recommend these guys as they worked hard hours to get us approved!
