Would definitely recommend checking your car thoroughly before buying. Customer service seemed good, but after getting my car everything went down hill from there. To list the series of unfortunate events, let’s assume it was a “buy as is” transaction. Even simple stuff wasn’t done. Day 1 of buying my car i asked for the tires to have air out in them because they seemed low, day two of having car, all tires were under what they should have been at, same day none of the previous owners phones or settings were cleared out of the car settings. Day two still, driving car home i get a coolant warning, low and behold when i get home there’s no coolant in the in car at all with a turbo engine. Week 1 check engine comes on. Couldn’t figure out what it was, coolant is low again. Week 2-3 car won’t start. I call, mechanic asks if i can bring the car there, i say no because car won’t start, mechanic is rude about helping me fix a problem i have no doubt they knew about, Asking “was the check engine on when you drove off the lot. Uh well pal did you clear the codes before i drove it off the lot? Because the check engine wouldn’t have come back on until hmm a couple days later like they did. I was assured they “thoroughly checked the car, well the interior wasn’t even cleaned so i should have guessed. Low and behold week 3 of having the car i have to buy a brand new alternator and battery for somewhere around 350 bucks. And the check engine light is still on, and the engine probably has a faulty coolant system. Oh and how thoroughly did they check the car? Obviously not very because guess what i found in the glove box? The previous owners registration and their personal health insurance cards... so not only are the cars not safe to drive, apparently neither is your personal information. Was i compensated, offered help, or even an apology for these things. Not even.

I wasn't actively looking for a car at the time, but saw they had a low mileage Saab convertible for sale back in June. Brandon was excellent to work with (via text, email, & in person). The sales manager (Kris?) was fair & knowledgeable. I was even able to speak with their on-site mechanic about the Saab (that happened to previously work at the local Saab shop). I was a cash buyer, so I can't review their financing process. All sales, tax, title, license paperwork was quick & straightforward. There was no warranty provided, but Brandon assured me that they would work with me if there were any problems (2 months later & no issues with the car). My only minor complaint was that it only came with one key (auction car) & it cost me $250 to get a second one (Saab keys are special order, VIN specific, & have to be married to the car electronics with a Tech II). I would definitely work with TT Auto Sales again & look forward to hearing from them the next time they find a little gem like this Saab.

I bought a car, my first car to be specific, from here roughly a year ago. I have been waiting to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything was good with the car. When I arrived Brandon helped me almost immediately, he was extremely honest about all of the cars and showed me the car fax before I could ask. He helped me get my first car. Brandon went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate that in a salesman. He was still willing to help two months after I bought the car. He was willing to talk and answer any question I had.

My boyfriend purchased an SUV from this dealer, the salesman (Rob) told him that the car was working perfectly fine and had no preexisting problems, but the check engine light went off within 5 minutes after driving it off the lot. They were not helpful with fixing it and were very rude with the whole situation. About a week later the car wouldn’t even start, for reasons we couldn’t find. The catalytic converter just went out on the car today. There are many issues with the car and it is going to be expensive to fix. We called them multiple times and many calls were not answered at all. They had very awful customer service, do not give these people your business. You will be lied to, screwed over, and left with a car that has problems. You’re probably better off buying something off craigslist.
