I bought my Volvo from Grand Theft Auto. This car has been the best car I have owned I have had it for several years. I had a great experience working with Stuart Sundberg, owner of Grand Theft Auto. I highly recommend going here for a purchase.

These guys are professionals; even when things don’t go as planned.nI had never been to grand theft auto sales and I was a little hesitant because of the name. I saw a good deal on a truck online. I didn’t make an appointment but just showed up on the lot. I was approached by Greg. Greg was a great, he was nice, professional but most of all straight forward. He didn’t ask me about what payment I wanted but instead talked about what the truck was worth. Greg showed high, medium, low values on his phone and we came to an agreement. I had a trade in and we did the exact thing. Greg did not waste my time but was straight forward and was very transparent on the how he established his fair prices. Greg offered in house financing but I declined and used my bank instead. Greg communicated with my bank to complete the sale the day after we came to an agreement. I came in a day later to sign papers and as part of an agreement Grand Theft Auto sales agreed to fix a check engine light that was on. I picked up the truck and after the sale the check engine light was off. Later the next day the light came back on. I called Greg, he was very nice and had me bring it in the next day. I brought the car in and they gave me a free loaner car for the day. They had their in house mechanic pull the codes and replaced a few parts that deal with emissions. Their in house mechanic explained the issue in detail he was very nice and experienced. The truck ran just fine and about a week later the same check engine light came on again. I called Greg and he didn’t bat an eye or give me any grief. He scheduled an appointment to see the mechanic and they found a small leak in the exhaust manifold gasket that was causing the same code. This required over 4 hours of labor and parts. At a dealership I would have paid almost a $1000.00 for the repair but Greg and grand theft auto sales took care of the issue without hesitation. Oh and they also gave me a loaner car for the day. Grand Theft Auto sales is awesome, they have all the service capabilities of a dealership but none of the hassle. They offer great customer service, in-house financing and have an experienced in-house mechanic. These guys are professionals and will take care of you. Thanks Greg!
