I had a great experience working with Chuck of Sunset Motors!!! He made the transaction very smooth and communication from beginning to end was outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to consider checking out the vehicles on the lot and staying local as he has been a dealer in Boise for a very long time!!!

Terrible customer service. Went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and was very serious about the vehicle but because I’m young the dealer did not take me seriously and was very rude. When I first asked to test drive, I was directed to the dealer but he did not hand me the keys nor talked to me. Simply opened the door and stood there uninterested. When I asked again, he very rudely took my information and told my passenger they could not be in the car with us and had to stay behind. I found that very weird and unprofessional, made me very uncomfortable being alone with him. During the car ride, I was not allowed to get on the freeway. He just had me drive down the block and back. The whole time he didn’t talk to me other than to see if I was still in school(creepy) and just messed with the window and mirrors which was very distracting. I did not feel comfortable testing out the car with him, especially when he wouldn’t let me get on the freeway to see how the car did at high speeds. Overall very unprofessional and extremely rude. It was a good car but they lost my service because he didn’t take me seriously as a buyer just because Im young. He wasn’t the first person I talked to there who was rude to me either. Sunset Motors seriously lacks professional and just basic human decency. 0/10

If you are ever in need/want a vehicle, this is the place to get it. If you're lucky enough to have Chuck as your car salesman, he makes the process quick, painless, and efficient, saving you a lot of stress. Not to mention Chuck is a genuinely nice guy. Just bought my new car from Chuck. He was amazing through the entire process! So easy going and comfortable! And who doesnt love a super friendly husky to hang out with in the office! I will recommend both sunset and Chuck to anyone looking for a vehicle!
