Jarod is a fantastic person. He was very polite and considerate. He gave us the attention we needed and he was patient and he was not pushy. He has integrity and wisdom. My family had a great time while we made our purchase. The lot has a very good clean selection of vehicles to choose from with good prices. This business and Jarod are an asset to Boise and the car business.
I wish I could give a higher rating. After seeing a few cars at bigger dealerships and being bullied, I finally found the car I wanted here and Erin was an angel sent from another world. No pressure, super helpful, helped me get the car checked out, and a great price. She should probably be paid more.
Wish communication would have been better for making an out of state purchase. However I LOVE my sequoia!! Best rig ever!!
We recently visited Byston Auto to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, were unable to make a deal at this time. However, that did not take away from the excellent customer service this team displayed. It did not feel like the ‘typical’ pushy car salesman lot. They were very kind, professional and answered all of my questions. Maybe we can make a deal in the future :)
