Ala was attentive to my questions and helped me out in the logistics of the car purchase. While looking at the car, Ala had mentioned a car door that had been repaired and repainted and we looked closely together for color matching problems, but it looked really good. The test drive was great and mechanically it seemed sound. It was only once the paperwork was ready for signature that I saw it was a salvage title. When I asked him about this, he basically said that he had already told me this fact back when discussing the door. He categorically did not discuss this with me prior so it was a surprise. I ended up buying the car. Bottom line, any and every car on that lot is probably repaired and refurbished. Ala owns a body shop so this is how he sells cars that are 'totaled'. Your first question about any car should be to ask if the car is a salvage title. Repeat his answer back to him and make a note of it on paper - - let him see you do it. Negotiations will be much more transparent that way. I would have given him 2.5 to 3 stars but perhaps I got lucky and ended up with a nice salvage title vehicle that runs well so I will rate him up a bit. Ala was easy to work with and very responsive. I would go back to Ala again; a little wiser and better prepared 3.7 Stars...rounded to 4. Good luck.

One of the best experiences I have had buying a car!! The owner is honest, trustworthy, professional and answered all of my questions before making a final decision. He provided recommendations for what would fit my family best regarding size and safety. He didn’t pressure me into anything or make me feel like I was going to be missing out if I didn’t “sign the dotted line” right away. So my experience was pretty good. Ala did absolutely everything he can to work with me and my family. He got us in a really nice car for a great price. He will work with you however he possibly can. I will be recommending any friends and family looking for a car. So far, seems like a steal, thanks Ala! See ya next time!

If you are looking for a great deal on a car and not worried about a rebuilt title these guys really work with you and take care of you. You should stop by and look at what is available. Very clear pictures of any damage have been provided both times I've bought here. Also you can request to have them look for whatever vehicle/part you want at auction. VERY good way to get a great vehicle if you are halfway mechanically savvy and willing to do your homework.
