Just bought a vehicle there. Took the vehicle to a mechanic down the road for a pre-purchase inspection. Mechanic’s report came back very good with suggestions of rear shock replacement in the near future and fluids being a little dark in color due to use/age - so closed on the deal. The vehicle drives and accelerates well, shifts well, and stops well. Price was fair in comparison to other similar vehicles of same year, make and mileage. Time will tell if this was a “great” purchase. But for the moment, I feel pretty good about the purchase and experience.nThe owner offered a lot of good advice. Would definitely come back to buy another vehicle from here.

Phenomenal experience buying a used car. These guys not only offer great deals but they’re straight forward and not pushy about anything. Not to mention honest and follow through with their word. I bought a Jeep from them and an airbag light popped on on the dash so they took care of it immediately, Joseph their mechanic was knowledgeable and made my car a priority. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

By far the best used car experience I've had. The lot was well organized and easy for me to pick what i was interested in. Jared and his team made me feel more then comfortable with the choice I made and I drove off the lock the same day. Buying a car is a investment and this place is well worth investing....thank you... I have been wanting a Chevy Cruze for years, and these guys made it happen within 2 days of searching. I got a great deal, my trade in recognized and applied towards the purchase and Jared made things as easy as could be for me to get in and out with my car. Good lip service, poor follow through....nI recently purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado from Quality Cars. They were friendly and helpful. I was even able to bargain the asking price down to what I thought was reasonable. HOWEVER, after a few weeks I got a check engine light for a cylinder miss fire. I took the proper steps to trouble shoot it. Replaced plugs and wires and a coil. When I did so it was clear someone had already tried these methods. So when that didnt work I took it in to a shop and found it had a bad lifter. $2,500 to fix or basically a new engine at that rate. I called Quality who was apologetic and assured me they got it at an auction with a green sticker, nothing wrong with it. I certainly gave them the benefit of the doubt and obviously couldnt prove they knew anything of the miss fire when they sold it to me. He said not to worry he'd find me an engine for 1500 or so and I said you know what thats fair under the circumstances. After not hearing from them after about a week, almost two, I called them. When I talked with them they were fairly dismissive and said they tried to call me, which I doubt since I never had a missed call or message, and that all they could find was a motor for $2,300 with much more miles on it than I was already able to find myself. They said sorry about your luck basically and they'd call me if they eventually found something. Like I had time to wait around for no one to ever actually call. That dismissive attitude and not following through with helping me on the motor like they said makes me question how much they really did know about the truck to begin with. A truck that Im sure they made a killing off of buying it for nothing at an auction. Maybe thats why they were so quick to bargan on the price. Bottom line is though, this is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle from a dealership in the 20 years Ive been driving and it reinforces the reasons why that is case.
