I’ve gone here for years. The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve never had an order mixup. Very nice and cozy store!
I mean, what's there to say that's not already been said? It's Starbucks coffee; usually pretty good, sometimes not, and occasionally very good. The staff at this Broadway location are always friendly and helpful which is saying a lot these days. 10/10 will continue to go there for my second coffee of the day, pre drive coffee, or afternoon tea.
The worst Starbucks in Boise. Employees are incredibly rude - even to other food service industry people and I've ALWAYS tipped them really well. Too bad, they've lost my business forever.
Always good service. Perfect location. Can be busy on weekends with drive through.
