Long wait at drive thru
5 stars for speed and taste. -1 for service. DT order taker was not pleasant at all. If guest service isn't your thing, do something else my friend. I don't expect much but dude really seemed put out that he had to my order. Oh well, at least it was fast!
I work here now. The food is good, but not as cheap as it was before. Portions are small compared to Burger King, but the food is good and filling.
I don't know why but the cook thought I wouldn't notice there was cheese on my hamburger when asked for no cheese. But that's okay I understand you had just cleaned that grill. I hope the next time you ask for something at a restaurant and bring you whatever they think you want eat you don't complain.
I ordered a very large order through the drive-thru when my kids and their friends decided to change dinner plans at the last minute. But they were extremely nice and helpful and my order was fresh and they got it correct. No mistakes at all ud83dude0a
