Our pizza was quite overdone. Really expensive. Arrived less than hot. Not impressed at all. The only reason for the extra star is our delivery driver was great; friendly and brought plates even though we didn't ask :)
We ordered from Domino's in Winnemucca, and before we could make it to pick up the order a fraudulent charge hit our bank. We called them and explained we would have to cancel ONE of the three items we ordered due to having to fight the charge. We were told to come speak with the manager and when my husband explained what happened, the manager informed him that she could have called the police on us for canceling the item. He told her she couldn't, and was instructed to leave, wasting the ENTIRE ORDER, instead of just the one item. Customer service is HORRIBLE, and the managers are inconsiderate of struggling people during a pandemic. Just as a note, I personally called the Sherriff's office and a Deputy informed me that it wasn't illegal to cancel an item. Heartless, horrible managers. Avoid this business.
Any problem you have they’ll fix right away with no problem! Definitely one of the best pizza places in town! Always have had 100% amazing customer service and good quality pizza. Experienced a first mess up on an order today, and they corrected it right away with no hesitation or issues. Thank you dominos!
Always have quick, great service. I have only ever had 2 (far) separate orders that had 1 minor (forgot sauce) and 1 real (wrong pizza) issue, and they went above and beyond to correct. Lived all over the U.S. and this is by far the best, consistent Domino's. Also, PSA- always tip your driver!
