Wanted to support a place while traveling through town during this economic distress. Called to place an order and the lady wasn't in a very good mood and decided to take advantage of the special and just ordered it online. Arrived early and looked like the place was vacant. I understand you legally can't have dine-in service, but the place was dark, with blinds closed, no form of life. Called to get the order out to the vehicle, and they forgot my drink that I ordered and didn't offer any sauces. If you don't want to earn my business, I don't need to give it to you either-

I do NOT mind paying $22 for a GREAT PIZZA to sit down & eat it as we live an hour away. But since this virus has stopped the freedom of assembly, it's just WAY too expensive to drive an hour to sit in a car. Perhaps you'd get more business if you reduced your price for NOT being able to sit inside?

Had my daughters birthday party here. Just moved to town and figured it was a good place since we did not know of anywhere else. We reserved the party room, and showed up to find the room was more of a storage room/party room. The room smelled nasty, was dimly lit, and the TV was not even hooked up. We ended up moving the party to the main dining area due to the condition and smell of the party room. I placed an order for pizza at 1115, to be ready at the table at 1230. The pizza was brought at 1130. We sent it back without any issue and they brought a fresh hot one at 1245. I started a tab at the bar with the bartender but she left during shift for about 30 mins, during this time the rest of the staff would not help me with alcohol until the bartender came back from wherever she was. The pizza was great as usual, however the customer service was very poor and the establishment need a really good deep clean. The bathrooms were disgusting. I will order delivery in the future, but doubt I'll come back to the restaurant.

Same quality as every other Roundtable pizza. Server was polite and food was delicious

I'm 40 years old and have probably eaten pizza, on average, once per week since I've had teeth. I've had pizza in almost every state and three other countries. I've eaten some pizza is what I'm saying, and this place was probably the worst I've ever had. The one star is because is was delivered promptly and the driver was nice, but the pizza was pretty much uncooked with some sort of melted "cheese" and meat that scared me. The boneless buffalo blobs were a science experiment gone bad. I just threw up writing about them. Don't go to this place.
