The Vista branch of Wells Fargo is very difficult to work with. I am not sure why but they impose rules and regulations that the other branches do not. I plan to move my account to another bank as a result.
There is a girl there by the name of Jade and she is a phenomenal employee. I’ve been using Wells Fargo for years now and she is by far the most dedicated and well-rounded employee I have got the chance to encounter. Even the short meetings between us have been very genuine. She has a lot of potential in her life, Wells Fargo is VERY lucky to have such an astounding employee.
Atm always broken, out of cash, can’t deposit check from one Wells Fargo account to another well before the cutoff time, manager never there or unavailable, the list goes on. I tried to do this in person but guess what, he was busy so I’m closing my account with this place after 11 years. The writing is on the wall. Jump ship before this whole company crashes into the ground.
I was in this place to open a new checking account. I meet Justin Mercier. Very excellent customer service and great communication. He knows about most of my African and Eritrean community. Thanks Justin for the great service.
This Wells Fargo Bank is great.
