My wife has an account with Chase bank and she is high risk, so after work in order to do laundry I stopped in to get a roll of quarters (which is what most people NEED to do their laundry) and was refused because I did not personally have an account. This is never been an issue before, so I go home and pick up my high-risk wife and give her a $20 bill so we can get two rolls of quarters now to make having two trips worth it. We both were met with snotty rude attitudes from the employees and my wife was only allowed to get one roll of quarters. If we cannot access our money when we need it and are met with rude non-cooperative non-compassionate employees then why bank here
The last time I was in to talk to someone I was treated horribly...no would talk to me or update me on what was going on with my account. Now I have money in the account that is from a military man whom sent me money to send to another military guy that I didn't know was coming from the State of Indiana as in the Government.
The branch manager is a child, not qualified to do his job. The teller's are rude, disrespectful and uneducated.
After moving to Boise we went into this bank to change our address and reestablish our banking services. We met the most wonderful bank manager. He was very helpful and made us feel right at home. I would recommend this branch to anyone!
Ron was great and helped me get a new account set up without any issues. This branch definitely has the best customer service by far. Even the manager called to follow up with me on something.
