Unprofessional and prone to mistakes. I was an employee for a company that used them for payroll. Caught several errors during my course of employment there. Nancy was really rude to my wife over the phone as well. Always dreaded having to contact them, because we always had to jump through hoops and it took several attempts to fix problems. Look elsewhere for a company that can do it right the first time and not be disrespectful and rude.
