Overcharged me for a month and I've been waiting weeks for a refund. No one from management has even bothered to give me a call about it either.

I am always wary in storage spaces. I expect poor levels of cleanliness and grumpy staff because let's face it - I wouldn't want to have to do some of the tasks associated with this job! Perhaps that's an unfair preconception, but that's typically what I expect. But not here. The level of customer service that I have experienced has been above and beyond and the place is CLEAN. The policies are well written and explained. No extra fees or worry of auction if you pay in time - note the key phrase, some of you poor review writers - IF YOU PAY ON TIME. If you don't pay your car loan on time, then bank assesses you a late fee, yes? Jeez, it's not that hard. In any event, the place is clean, I feel like my stuff is safe and Amy went above and beyond to explain the lease in detail, including the possibility of late feeds, which is just common sense.

Super friendly, amazing service! Was offered free popcorn and coffee. Very informative and knowledgeable staff. Extremely competitive prices and great specials going on! Highly recommend. They truly care about the facility and their customers

Since becoming Keylock, previously known as Affordable Storage, theres been changes in contracts and unreasonable price increases as well as vanishing employees who work inconsistant hours of operation. Do not recommend.

This place lacks professionalism beyond belief! We only stored our items for 12 days, in the largest unit they have on the property. After finding a closer storage property that had a larger space for half the price we put our 5 day notice as required by the lease. Amy proceeded to try to say that it wasnt possible because it was 1st of the month and we would be charged the whole month no matter what. After making her aware of the actual date, she then tried to tell us that we would be charged the prorated 5 days but only had 4 days to remove our items because the 5th fell on a Sunday and she wouldn't be there to sign the move out papers, refused to give us corprates number, locked us out two of the five days for random reasons and tried adding additional fines through out the process.nnUpdate: I have been moved out of my unit for a month and they are still trying to charge me for this next month.... they are CRAZY!nnP.S. I wish whoever Chelsea is was the person helping me but unfortunately AMY IS TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS AND SHOULD DEFINITELY BE LET GO FOR HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED SHE IS.
