I have been using Storage plus an eagle since they have opened. They have had several different employees working there over the years. I have been through several different types of experiences through all the different types of employees. More not so good then good. Recently they have hired a new New staff. The newest manager on site is Kailyn, she is wonderful. She answers the phone! Prior years those staff members never answered the phone or returned your phone call. I don’t know how they ever stayed in business or rent it out units if no one ever answered the phone. However she is always in the office or leaves a note if she’s not in there when she will be back. She is very kind and Ready to make a difference she said. I’m looking forward to working with her. I hope she decides to stay with Storage plus going forward. Thank you Kailyn.
Excellent service! I had to move in on a Sunday, and the staff went above and beyond to help. Clean, new, well-maintained units at competitive prices! I will come back if I need storage again.
The only reason I’m giving a 5* is because of their on site manager. 2 weeks ago I came to cancel my unit because of a not so friendly older employee, but Kailyn hands down kept me from moving. She offered me a unit that was better suited for my needs and her attention to detail in regards to the facility itself is phenomenal. She is a perfect asset to the company and because of her they’ve earned a long term customer even though it’s 10 miles out of my way! I recommend Storage Plus Eagle rd to anyone looking for quality, cleanliness and security.
Terrible, didn’t leave the keys in the UHaul rental. Big hassle
Place is always neat, and well kept. Highly recommend them. Renting UHAUL from them is always easy and quick. Also very helpful they are open Saturday.
