I had items in storage for three and a half years. At no time was there a problem with billing or service. Access was easy and on those rare occasions where I had a need to interact with the office, they were always most helpful and pleasant.nThe one minor issue I might bring up is that there was a lot of dust and grit which seemed to be able tonaccess the unit around the door. Given that these are outdoor access units, such is to be expected.nMoisture was never an issue and I had a lot of paper files in that unit. All in all, I believe they provided the service and product which is to be expected at a fair price.
Like many, I had to unexpectedly move my kids out of BSU when COVID hit. I needed storage and randomly picked a storage company so I didn't have to transport everything over 800 miles. I was so lucky to have found Stor-N-Lock! The Sanislos, who run it are the most helpful and professional people you could hope to meet. Not only when we moved everything into storage, but when we moved it back out at the start of this school year. I highly recommend using Stor-N-Lock. They will be my go-to for storage in the Boise area in the future.
The experience was amazing. I was able to get in and out within 15 minutes and the staff was knowledgable in the entire process. The gate access worked the first time and the storage unit was clean and ready to move in. Billing worked without a hitch and I feel comfortable knowing everything will work without a hitch. Highly recommend.
Both Tahlani and Brian were extremely helpful getting us into the storage units at a very stressful time. Tahlani should be a counselor because she knew just what to say to ease the situation. Plus the units are very clean and secure. Thank you.
