We live in Utah but always stop at China Garden on our way through northern Nevada when going to California, it’s our favorite place in town to eat. My wife grew up in Winnemucca and she enjoyed eating here when she was younger too. The food is always great!

Since the new owners took over a couple of years ago the food quality has gone down. It was always greasy, but now the serving sizes are way way less than before. Egg rolls are suppose to be round, at this place they're flat. The other Chinese restaurant closed and now they have no competition and the quality, never great, is terrible. Won't be eating there again.

I'm sorry, but this was bad. Egg rolls had no filling. Hot and sour soup was watery. Pork lo mein was all noodles and greasy and very over cooked. Very disappointed. Ordered to go... Got back to the hotel room, had a few bites and threw the rest away. What a waste.

My wife eats there often. The food is good. The place is run very well. Friendly management.
