While staying at the hotel immediately next door in the same lot, I called a few minutes before closing. After explaining that I drive a semi and cannot make it through the drive thru which was the only option at this time, the super supportive staff took my order over the phone and allowed me to pay for and pick it up at the drive thru window. Every franchise that doesn't allow walking up to the window, take note!! This is how it should be!! This is especially important to people in my profession. We have limited options on where to sleep or eat. Thank you to the staff at this location for allowing me to have an actual meal for dinner.

We were travelling, & stopped for food. Was so excited to see a Long John Silvers, because I love the batter they put on fish, & chicken. Sadly, I paid like $7 for 1 piece of fish, 1 piece of chicken, & they were cold, rubbery, & piece of chicken was smaller than normal. I got 2 hushpuppies, & small amount of fries, cold also. I Felt ripped off !. If you do go there, make sure you tell employees that your food needs to be hot, & fresh, & could you have a decent sized piece of chicken.Hope this helps.Good eating everyone☺👍

Fast and friendly service! We ordered a 12 piece tender meal and all of our food was correct, hot and delicious. Great value and super fast!

Went through the drive thru during our road trip. Service was great and fast. The food was delicious and freshly made. We all had different items from the menu and everything was good.
