New Horizon Academy

I have been so happy with the care and treatment we've gotten at New Horizon Academy. Even during the pandemic, their focus has been on the safety of the kids and needs of families. They immediately instituted health/safety procedures and enhanced sanitizing, masking, changing the use of the common areas. With all the uncertainty about what is happening with schools, whether they will be open or closed partially or totally, the staff at NHA has been willing to flex with all of it. They will help with transportation, child care on off days, assist with distance learning in the daycare setting itself. It allows parents to keep working and know that their kids are well and safely cared for, which is so incredibly valuable these days. We have been there for a little over a year and have been so happy with the quality of care that the children have been given, and the support they've shown for us as families.

Having had our kids in several different centers and child care arrangements, I can confidently say that New Horizon is amazing. The center faces normal center related situations but the staff handles everything they face with care. The teachers are incredibly loving and I know my kids are genuinely cared about and not just being watched. Too many great teachers to name them all but shout out to Ms. Amy in the 4 year old class for always keeping me informed and making sure our daughter’s day is full of fun activities.

I have had my 4 year old daughter in this daycare for over a year. It is a great place to take your little one for structured playtime and learning activities. The ladies that work there are always friendly when coming and going. Although, there does seem to be alot of staff changes. My daughter looks forward to going everyday. Compared to the other daycares I have had her in i would give this place 4 stars for the morning teachers and the Dailey connect app that lets you monitor your kids during the day. I feel alot better paying more money to have her go here than risk a shady daycare for cheap. Too many smaller daycares are having bad issues in the news lately!

Our son had been attending for the last two years and he has been in the one's, two's, and and now the three's room. We have been very happy with the care he has received, what he has learned while at daycare, and quality of the facility.nnAll children are unique and I have been very impressed seeing how the teachers really try to find out what works with our child (as well as other children). They go out of there way to know the child and create good bond with him. I would name the names of all the amazing teachers but hopefully they already know who they are.nnWe have recommended this daycare to several people.

My son first experience with daycare and the staff has always been friendly and caring with my 18 month old. Miss Crystal has just been amazing and so attentive with Micah I love that she has taught him so much!
