Sunday night November 22 was a total disappointment at the Freddy's on State Street in Eagle. Usually, the food is prepared the way we order but tonight was different. They did not get the order the way we wanted it (with the correct condiments etc) but their usually delicious fries were soggy and cold. To top it off there was no receipt in the bag. I am not usually one to complain but I thought it should be brought to the night manager’s attention I called and a weak apology and and offer to to remake our order which we had already finished. Take out patrons be warmed. CHECK YOUR BAG before you leave.

Sebastian was an amazing employee also so was Jason. Jake R and Indy at the eagle store they made us feel welcomed and was so good at showing what customer service is all a out right on!

Order a 5 piece chicken tender and combo. Upon arriving home I realized that I was given a 3 piece and combo. Upon calling in they tell me that they have new people. They then said they could send me so gift cards to compensate me. When you have new people working those people need to be train and overseen.

(Keep reading!) Tonight I waited TWELVE minutes for a few sundaes in the drive thru. I had a baby start wailing in the back, and I was (silently, to myself) getting so frustrated.nnBut then when I pulled up to the window, I was met with some wonderful customer service. I couldn’t even be mad. The two young men were sincere, apologetic, and did everything they could to rectify the situation.nnIt was a wonderful opportunity to show my 5-year-old that sometimes mistakes happen, and when they happen to you, hopefully you will be met with understanding too.nnI was really impressed by the way they handled the situation!

It seems every time we drive through there is something wrong with our order. The last time the lid on our chili cup was not attached tightly and spilled all over the rest of our food. Employees with long hair (male and female) don’t always wear hats or netting. Training and management need lots of improvement.
