Simply put, it is some of the best barbecue I've ever had in my travels around the United States. You enter the building and it immediately smells like smoked brisket, which is one of the best smell that you could ever smell. The meat is always tender and juicy, and the spice burns nicely.

Being from the south ate some of the best bbq including memphis, this is just as good. Best bbq like eating at home. Started in eagle till he open the Restaurant. ud83dude0a

Everytime I visit this place, it exceeds expectations, particularly the pulled pork, ribs and homemade pecan pie. The hardwood blend they use for smoking balanced your sweet and savory, adding to the flavor, rather than over-powering the meat. Of the several visits, the food is always fresh, juicy and tender. As for the pecan pie, theirs will forever be the gold standard. The friendly owners and operators themselves are a pleasure to interact and chat with. If there was one restaurant (as of 01/23/20) in Idaho I could recommend for BBQ eats, this is it.

Stopped in for a late lunch and boy are we glad we did! We loved our 1/4 rack of ribs and the baked beans are just great. We will definitely be back. Recommend you give this a try!

Food and service was great, have had a hard time finding good bbq out here in the TV. Not anymore tho this is the spot for BBQ in the TV
