Los Betos

Their food is delicious and the portions are huge. Excellent value. But their drive-thru is unbelievably SLOW. It is at least a 15 minute wait every time. I haven't been in quite some time because of this. ud83eudd37

Just waited in line for 30 minutes and wound up with an inedible burrito DRENCHED in hot sauce. I LOVE hot wings/sauce but this is ridiculous. Im talking cough and tears, gargling milk bad

Always great Mexican food though the service lately has not been up to par, I'm sure because of staff shortages during COVID.nnRecently, I was the first car in the drive through line when they opened. After waiting 10 minutes after they opened, no one came on the speaker to take my order. I pulled up to the window and had to wait more for someone to take my order. When I got home, it was the wrong burrito. Maybe unfair to leave this comment but I love Betos and hope they address this because there is no better fast food burrito in the valley.

Slow service, Good food. At $7.00 for a burrito and only the drive through to man, the service should be faster. Next time I drive by and have a craving I will have to weigh the 18 minute wait with just 3 cars in line against my hunger???

Always love Los Betos. Great food with generous portions and prices. Try the nachos!!
