Best pho in the Treasure Valley. Tried the house chili paste on the waiter’s recommendation and boy was I impressed. It had a subtle garlic flavor without making the pho too spicy. Fantastic service as well. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I have tried 3 other Vietnamese restaurants in the Boise/Meridian area and Pho Nguyen is definitely the best. Loved the vermicelli bowl with pork + fried egg roll and heaping serving of bean sprouts/veggies. I also got the spring rolls which were so delicious with the sauces. I can't wait to go back and try their other dishes, although the first few things I got were so good that it will be hard to stray from them. I will definitely be a returning customer and will probably go back this weekend for another round! Thanks.

Best pho in Boise. Very nice genuine people serving and the owner knows how to do pho for sure. If you're ready for a treat try Pho Nguyen!
