Burger King

They all act like they hate their job, and heaven for bid you burden them with a coupon code. Grouchy and poorly groomed men at this location. They make you feel like your doing something wrong by even ordering from here, or like your bothering them. Their a last resort for sure. Don't care for the customer service they provide. If you don't like your job, quit. But these kind of employees are what takes a business under over time. Id evaluate and reconstruct this location for the sake of Burger Kings reputation.

Not sure what was in the air tonight, but I've never seen service so bad. The line was wrapped around the building because the guy taking orders said 'I will be with you in a min' for every car that pulled up and took at Least 5-10 minutes to respond each time. That alone wouldn't make me leave this review, but pulling up to the window, I could see trash, empty bags, empty fry cartons, everywhere on the floor and counter. This guy told me 'Good morning!' very excitedly as he opened the window, at 8pm. He then took my money extremely awkwardly, took forever to figure out how to count it, didn't say a word to me when he handed it back just stared even more awkwardly. Then the icing on the cake was when I seen him go and take all the old fries that were scattered everywhere and throw them back in the fry bin, mix them up and put them back in my bag. When he handed me my food he gave me a thumbs up and didn't day a word. Seriously confused, and as much as I want to demand my money back, I am just not eating the food and leaving this review for people to see instead.

I have visited this Burger King numerous times and after tonight, I will not do it again! My order is so simple but they always seem to screw it up in one way or another. Whether it's putting pickles on when I say no pickle or leaving cheese off when I order a Whopper Jr with cheese, this list goes on and on!!! Tonight I left without my children's drinks. Tried to call and they don't seem to care, and I'm not driving all the way back to pick them up...Tonight they were talking about someone who broke up with their boyfriend as I went through the drive-thru window. Wait until the window is closed before you have personal conversations... Or at least get my order right once in 6 months. I'm done going there and you shouldn't visit this BK!!! Horrible service!!!!

Good hot food, fast service. The dining room is still closed. Ate the meal in the large parking lot. Fries are excellent when hot.

I used to work at this Burger and let me tell you we were always on our A game at the time and now that I go there the crew at nights has bad customer service does not greet you and gives you cold fries and cold burgers the managers do not care how the crew members work .it seems like when I go there it’s always the same crew members doing their job bad .
