Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is usually great. Everyone is super friendly and they take care of everything that I need. Tonight however, I walked in and was informed that they were only doing mobile orders as their system was down. I placed my order and waited. After a few minutes, it was all done and I took it home.nnOnce home, I opened up the bowl that I ordered and was disappointed to find about a third of the bowl empty. The scoop of brown rice that was supposed to be in the bowl was barely noticeable and unfortunately barely filled me up. While I would have liked to just drive back to the restaurant, I live about 40 minutes away. I usually do not leave reviews but I was not sure of what else to do.

Out of all the locations in the Treasure Valley, this is the worst location.nI love Chipotle and it's one of my favorite go to's. As a nurse that works downtown, I order them for delivery but ALWAYS end up with the puniest burritos. So I don't trust delivery anymore.nToday I arrived at 10:45, when they were supposed to be open. I tried opening the doors at 10:48 and 3 employees just stared at me and then ignored me, continuing on. Like I was not disrespectful or tried going in before 10:45 but to be ignored like that by 3 employees at a time when the business says its open?? I'm done ordering from this location.

The veggie burrito is an all time favorite, absolute must have. Make sure to try it next time you go in instead of a meat protein. The animals appreciate it, and the guac is free ;)

I was forced to wait outside because I wasn't wearing a mask! How did they know I didn't have any medical conditions, come on! I understand covid, I was following the 6 feet apart. I called and spoke to the manager he wasn't familiar with the legal view of masks. Chipotle, I think you need to educate your employees on masks!

Had a funny experience here but when the employee realized the mistake he was very kind and took ownership. Seems like it was just a weird doppelgänger situation. I hope you guys stay safe and healthy.
