Sonic Drive-In

First time ordering from a stall. It was really easy. Think about what you want. Push the red button the nice person comes over the speaker to take your order. You can pay cash or with your card at the stall or if you have the app you can use the app. Its pretty cool. For is always great. However this first time was a little frustrating because I waited over 30 minutes for my order to come out. 4 stars for the process and the quality but why did it take almost 30 minutes? My order wasn't complicated but there were vehicles that got there after me coming and going pretty quickly. Will try again maybe this was a fluke

Not the Sonic that I would normally frequent and I was disappointed in the service. I ordered 2 shakes at the drive up and it took 8 minutes to get my order. While I was waiting cars were backing up behind to the tune of 7 waiting for orders. The car hops were actually running orders out to the cars behind me. I ordered shakes at other Sonics and it did not take that long. The shakes were good so quality didn't suffer. I sometimes wonder if there is any adult supervision at these facilities.

The staff at the Glenwood location were fantastic today! There was an issue with the app, but Jamie handled it with excellent customer service. When you get service like this, you don’t sweat the issues. We will definitely be coming back to this location often. Great job Jamie and the team!!

I live right down the road from this sonic it can be a little bit of a wait at times but the wait is definitely worth the quality of food and the customer service. Keep it up guys you are doing great.
