As lobby (9:15 p.m.) was closed, did the drive thru. Was greeted @ door w/ friendly service * Order taker patient * Angus steak & honey walnut prawns were pretty good, and orange chicken ud83dudc14 dish was fine. The chow main (side) was off, not like @ home in the bay area!

I love Pandas food. However, the costumer service has been subpar. When I went there I was ask to wait for 8 minutes while they cooked up my request. Not an issue. After waiting for 26 minutes they brought out my order, I went home to feed .u family. They left out 3 items in my order. I called and they offered to give me those 3 items next time and asked if that would be OK. I told them no and asked to speak to the manager. They told me he'd call tomorrow and he never did. I wont be back to this location. When the employees make 15 an hour and i waited 3 times longer than the quoted time. I expect them to check the order to make sure the customer got what they paid for.

I ordered a simple plate. Orange chicken and honey sesame chicken with chow mein. Lucky to get 4 pieces of sesame chicken oh believe me plenty of green beans and yellow peppers. Maybe you should think of renaming it. Then my orange chicken was terrible. 2 pieces of that I couldn't bite into they were like hockey pucks. As for my noodles well not much of those either just alot of celery and onion. Thank God they couldn't mess up the large coke. Maybe just because we go through the drive thru its okay just hand out plates of food like that. Dont think so. Really disappointed. Good luck in the future if there is one

We used the drive through. We enjoy the Chinese food and a coupon for a bonus entree was honored.

Me and my boyfriend go to this location very often because,we love the food and because the drive thru most panda restaurants don’t have a drive thru and with our baby is easy for us to go through the drive thru but every time we go they always seem annoyed and really rude and not to say the plates always look empty compare to other pandas we’ve gone to. It feels like they do it on purpose not to long ago we called the store and it took them about 25 min to answer the phone. When they finally picked up they where very rude and they did replace our meal but when we went they where being very disrespectful to us being sarcastic on how we wanted the food asking if If the amount of food they where serving us was ok when they should be the ones knowing how to serve the plates almost like making fun of us and to top it off they didn’t give us forks or any napkins almost as if they did it on purpose. Very unprofessional! Definitely not returning to this location Ever again !
