Their employees are extremely loyal and clearly dedicated as none of them would accept my attempts to bribe them to let me purchase a jug of Jimmy Peppers.

Ordered a delivery, waited an hour and fifteen minutes and It never came. Called to check on it and confirmed the address, which was correct in their system and mine, however, it somehow was delivered to a wrong address. I am giving two stars because the guy I called did fix the problem and got me new food out for delivery but honestly, I feel like a there should of been confirmation of delivery and I should of been notified so I could of called immediately to let them know I didn’t get the food and b) I only ordered from them because I know how fast their service is - at least from their advertising. Waiting 1 and a half hours to eat on a small lunch break is disappointing. I think the company/franchise should offer a partial refund or coupon for their mistakes.

I've never had a bad experience with Jimmy John's. Food is always fresh! It's my favorite sandwich shop.

This Jimmy John's used to be run MUCH better. Our business orders Jimmy John's frequently for meetings, but over the last few months I've noticed a serious decrease in quality and service. Orders arrive later than Grubhub or Door Dash now, which is unacceptable considering they have their own delivery drivers and our business is less than a mile away. The delivery drivers at this location also take longer to arrive than previously before, and there hasn't been a change of location or traffic to facilitate the longer delivery times. Do NOT recommend ordering from this location until they can improve service to what it was before. Unacceptable to receive sandwiches over an hour after ordering when our business is less than a mile from this location. We have never had an issue until about August, and the issues with this location have only gotten worse since then.
