Fast and fresh! Nice employees too!
About a week I had a very long wait to get my sandwich delivered, I called and spoke with an employee named Kody and his customer service was top notch. I love Jimmy John’s, but the drive thru here is really slow. Pretty sure it’s faster to get the “freaky fast” delivery than trying to pick it up yourself here.
The service was wonderful. The employees helped me with exactly what I needed.
Watched one of their delivery guys in a white Toyota park in front of their neighboring restaurant, first off that's super rude, to walk inside and walk back out with gloves on to his car, opened and closed his car with the gloves on, and with the mask under his nose proceeded to touch his face and nose. Unfortunately I have no faith that he changed those gloves at all and watching this made me feel sick.
