Their website told me they could make a key for my car and gave me a price that was acceptable. I went out of my way to go to the Bed Bath and Beyond store to their kiosk to buy a key. When I put the key in, the kiosk told me to call a number. When I did so, I was told that they cannot make a key for my car. What a huge waste of my time! Why did their website tell me they could make a key in the first place?

I love the convenience, but a little expensive.
