I had Christopher Blessing of Baldwin install two deadbolts on exterior doors to enhance our security. These were locks that they keyed to my house key. And they will be used often I expect. Their work looks great and the result was what I wanted and expected
Christopher did an excellent job! We worked with him on the phone, in their shop, and in our home. 100% professional with thorough knowledge of his trade. He installed new knobs, locks, and deadbolts throughout our house. When he left, everything worked smoothly and perfectly. Highly recommended!!
Came here to have a key made during record breaking spread of COVID-19 in the Boise area. No one was wearing masks. 5 other customers came in and had vehicle keys made while I waited patiently. The gal who helped me went out to my van to check the key and plug into the computer. She leaned fully into the cab and spent 10 minutes breathing in my vehicle, even making a phone call before climbing back out.nnMy wife has mitochondrial disease and basically no immune system. Earlier this year she got shingles for the second time, which was her 4th time being infected with the chicken pox virus. We've been going to great lengths to do everything we can to help her survive this thing, along with all the other vulnerable family members and the community in general.nnHalf the customers who entered the store were clearly over 70 years old and none of the employees wore masks in spite of the fact that every single customer was wearing one. This company is more concerned with their freedoms (as defined by Russian propaganda) than taking simple measures to actually protect American lives.nnAlso, I had called ahead to verify they could make the key and had blank keys for my vehicle in stock. After the whole half hour ordeal she said they actually don't have the right keys in stock and would I like them to order it. I told her no thanks, I've had enough
Wasn’t happy. Bait and switch on the quote and the take that came out was totally unprofessional when I asked him about the price change. Quoted me at $285 for a job, price was well over $400. When I asked about it he told me “cylinder lifers are twice as much”. Ok, no problem but that was never relayed to anyone. Also I have a dozen employees. Cliff became rude when I asked where my new keys were after a three day wait. “We had to order them”... Again... Nobody relayed that to us. The work was done fine, no complaints about that. I was super disappointed with the guys attitude after I simply told him I wasn’t happy.
My key broke in the deadbolt lock around 11pm on a Friday night. Fortunately, Tim K. lives just down the street from me and was able to arrive at my place in less than 10 minutes after ending the call. The process was as smoother and more efficient than I expected. Thanks Tim!!!
