We were having trouble getting an AC charger on our car because it's put together weird. One of the guys saw us struggling and came out to help. It didn't work because our car is junk, but we really appreciate their help and going out of their way to do so. I recommend coming here to anyone needing parts that are passing through the area.
So my wife is driving our VW TDI to see her family in Spanish Fork Utah. The Low DEF light comes on, she calls me tells me she is by Beaver UT. Im a NAPA guy and find Tinks NAPA. I call them, tell them my wife will be stopping by and if they could get her the DEF and help her fill it, the clerk says yes, I give him, name, car description, ect. I call her and she wants to go to car quest, I said no the guy at Tinks NAPA said come in and he will help. She goes there they sell her the DEF take it to the car and walk off... no “can I help you fill it”, nothing! Piss poor service! Don’t stop here!
Ran over to NAPA 45 minutes before closing due to my alternator. They were super friendly and amazingly helpful! Thank yall so much. Grateful for your customer service!
