Good work, but abusively overpriced and exploiting!
I pulled my triple axle trailer in to fuel. One of their techs was going around looking for trailers that had issues. He pointed out that my trailer suspension bushings were worn, and that they could price out a fix if I just pulled over to their shop and let them look in to it. I asked for a price up front, but they wouldn't discuss it until they took the entire thing apart. By then, I was stuck. They proceeded to disassemble one side completely, then said it was so bad they couldn't put the old parts back on. I had to choose between one of their replacement options. Either a $2k option or a $2.4k option just to get back on the road. The work was great, they were fast, I'm glad they noticed my issue, and they were nice, but I paid out the nose for this fix. In hind sight, I probably should've chanced it, just kept driving, and saved about $2,000. Great job, but feeling absolutely gouged on the price.
The moral of the story, don't let techs take things apart when you're on the road, or at least already have the worst-case scenario cost upfront. Maintain the vehicles while you're home and can shop prices. And people can be really nice when they are making a lot of money off you.
Some dumb clowns work here. Luckily i have a choice not to deal with them, but i feel bad for people who have to deal with them

Came in off the interstate with a bad wheel, couldn't tell what was wrong. Less than an hour later I left with an alignment and two new tires. Cool guys, quick, efficient, didn't try to make me get any repairs I didn't need..
Thanks the guy that work there turn me on to get my trailer fixed appreciated
