Having had the pleasure of designing a couple of these facilities, what I can sum up for all those considering a new workout location... these guys care about quality spaces, quality equipment, good layouts, lots of opportunity, care about the user experience, and simply put... a cool place to be a member of!!! Yes, GO CHECK IT OUT, you will be happy to find a place un-intimidating and comfortably suited to fit your workout needs.

Really good place to come and workout. Usually not crowded. The staff are always welcoming and if you have any questions they are more than happy to answer them.

This gym is pretty much everything you would want in a gym, clean facilities, versatile, up-to-date equipment, attentive staff, top-notch classes, etc.. etc..nnfor about half what most other gyms charge for the same (or less!!).nnThere's several locations in Boise, I've worked out in 2 of them... the convenience couldn't be better.. 24 hr. access with a card key, and in the almost 6 months that I've been with this gym, I haven't encountered a single issue. I am a late night user, so can't personally attest to the middle of the day workout experience, but I have been in the gym at that time, and everything seemed... vigorously apace and well... what you'd want in a gym.nnIf you're not sure about starting a gym, or don't want a heavy $ commitment to start something you're unsure of..nStart Here.nn(I didn't give a fifth star because, like every business I know, there's room for improvement here. What that would be, considering the price especially, I cannot imagine.. overnight lockers, maybe?? Whatever it is, it's trivial to the overall value here).

By far the best gym I've ever been a member at! I love it because it doesn't have the same atmosphere of a large gym. It is small enough for you to feel right at home but large enough to have all of the equipment and space you need. I like that it is very affordable, open 24 hours, and is rarely ever crowded. I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a new gym.

This review will be broken down into two parts the pros and the cons. As you can see I gave it five stars so in my opinion the pros far outweighs any cons of this facility has.nPron(1) Equipment at the facility is in very good shape and there is a nice variety of things for both resistance training and cardiovascular training.nn(2) Open 24 hours. While the gym is not staffed 24 hours a day as a member you have access to the gym to exercise whenever you would like.nn(3) Clean locker rooms with private showers. The men’s locker room is small yet sufficient for the volume of clients that are usually in gym.nn(4) Unbeatable price. For only $15 a month you have full access the gym 24 hours a day.nnConn(1) No poolnn(2) No spa/saunannOverall this is a great gym to workout in. They may not have everything but, they have more than enough for most people.
