The Exercise Coach Eagle

This is a perfect exercise program for those who are not excited about going to big gyms, that are dirty and crowded. I love the personal coaching and guidance on their easy to use robotic machines. I’m already beginning to see the difference in my stamina, and posture. I love that I can schedule my workouts by appointments. It helps keep me accountable, and coming in. And only 20 minute workouts twice a week is perfect for me. I love it!

Best coaches, best workout. I have been looking for a workout like this, in this area for years. 5 months in and I am just loving it. 20 minutes and I’m on my way home after work. It’s designed just for me and I am getting stronger, have more energy and love the feeling when I am done with a workout. Nothing like it.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. They tailor each session to my own needs, being very careful to gauge the exercise so I continue to gain in strength without risking overdoing or injury. Great personal service and encouragement. I’m not a gym person, but Exercise Coach is a pleasure I look forward to twice a week.

Beautiful clean facility. Super friendly staff. I love that I can get a full body workout in only 20-30 minutes. The computer generated personalized experience helps to make the most of the workout. It's also great to have a personal trainer/coach to help me make sure I am making the most of my time.

Amazing high tech machines provide a great work out in a fraction of the expected time. Coaches are very knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommended, give them a try! You won't find this science/tech anywhere else.
