It was a lot cleaner since Covid.
I can’t imagine how frustrating it is to be running a business during these trying times, let alone dealing with angry customers who lash out on things to you constantly.nI think the management team at axiom has been doing a fantastic job, make sure to check your emails because they email you reminders and changes.nI’m grateful how communicative they are and even more grateful for the amazing customer service.
I’m very annoyed they didn’t notify me that my membership was up for the year & charged me $46 & didn’t tell me I was on a month to month I would off cancelled back in June if I would of known, this as been a very unusual year so a little information would have gone a long way especially in a very bad financial year, I will never renewal there & will let people know not to as well.
I go there for physical therapy, but this place is clean and social distancing is well followed and staff seems to follow CDC guidelines closely and patrons do well to spray down equipment after use. Bathrooms and showers and locker rooms appear clean and safe.
An assumption would be a company such as this would have a persons personally growth at the very top of the priory list. Turns out it’s just a building with gym equipment. They won’t mentor our youth and shape their way of how to conduct themselves as athletes or employees. When a person thinks of a high quality fitness center one of the first things when considering one is training of the body mind and soul. When a lady I look up to comes back from Axiom crying I don’t believe anyone should be subject to that kind of treatment.
