We were checking to see if Silver Sneakers was honored here. It is. We received a full tour.

nice equipment. all ages from high schoolers to folks in 80s and older. unintimidating compared to a golds for those first timers. Shawn and Ryan are top notch trainers.

I had the fortunate experience of meeting with, Robert, who is the manager of all personal trainers. He took his time when addressing my concerns and then he proceeded to customize a workout for me. Wow...was I impressed! He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to injuries you may have, and yet he works to strengthen and educate you on how you can help support these weakened areas. I am so grateful for the time I spent with, Robert. I left the gym, more motivated and more knowledgeable. Thank you, Robert, for making my experience, so amazing!n~Deanne

This gym has cleaned up immensely and it's a phenomenal gym with a variety of equipment. The only thing it needs is an additional leg press machine, there use to be two but I'm guessing the other one was beyond repair or they didn't have the parts needed. Either way, I can't complain it's a wonderful facility!

Facility is clean, and their equipment is decent. This location has a pretty new CrossFit/power lifting area that's a huge plus!
