I really like this gym for the assortment of equipment it has for being a smaller gym. The staff are really friendly, respectful and accommodating. The comments saying the staff are rude, I honestly have never got a slight of attitude from any of them, in fact they're all incredibly nice. The only downside is that I REALLY wish they would extend their business hours to close at 10pm. Being a wife and mom, it can be a juggling act of schedules between a 2 income family and kids. Having the extra 2 hours would help me and I'm sure, many others in my type of situation. Please consider extending the gym hours!

Great personal gym! Love the staff and equipment available here. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and since first signing up, I haven’t been disappointed. The staff strive to make a happy, chill environment that’s comfortable to work out in. The machines are clean and well maintained. I’ve recently started training with one of their trainers and have had an extremely positive experience. She is upbeat, positive, and pushes me to do my best. So glad I found this little gem!

I love coming to workout here! The staff is like a little family and the gym regulars are all so nice. The facility is kept very clean and there is a wide variety in cardio and strength equipment. I love this space and the people keep me coming back regularly!
