I loved the warm yoga class at Studio Move! The temperature was just right. I got a good sweat going on, but it as intense as some other hot yoga classes I have taken. The class was challenging, but we were given different options if we were unable to do a certain pose. I especially like the cool wash cloth placed on my head at the end of class. Highly recommend!

I LOOOOVE Studio Move!! It’s a judgement free environment with AMAZING classes & AMAZING instructors!! I really like taking the dance classes, specifically Shana’s!! She has a killer workout and the best vibes, that make you for a great experience!! Love taking her class week to week!! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
