This is an excellent yoga school with really talented, knowledgable and kind teachers! We are so lucky to have a real Bikram yoga studio in our area, and I'm so happy that I came here and got the opportunity to learn the correct way to do the postures! No matter what level you are at, you can come here to work hard and make real progress towards your goals!

I love this studio! Their yoga is for all levels of yogis. The teachers and students are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging.
I checked out a few of the different hot yoga places before landing here, and after a few classes, I’ve have no reason to look anywhere else. The classes are great and very informative, Katie and the rest of the staff are all amazing to work with. It is a great environment and I would highly recommend!
I was hesitating to try a new place, but as soon as I got there they made me feel welcome. They have morning and afternoon schedules so you never have an excuse to miss a class. The teachers are absolutely amazing!nTambién si quieres una clases de yoga en español puedes contactar a Katie!
