Lance Henning is the owner and a physical fitness instructor at this gym. The Fitness Lab offers many different classes for staying healthy and has the cleanest gym in town, in my opinion. Staff are friendly and did I mention open 24/7 at a reasonable rate.

I gave my notice to terminate due to the fact I was moving out of the area. They said no problem since I paid the last month up front everything was good. Next day they dinged my credit card for another month. I called and asked them to refund back to me since I ultimately paid twice for one month. That was in July they keep saying that it has been credited IT WAS NOT!! They then show me a bogus receipt that shows it was refunded IT WAS NOT. So buyers beware if as a good business can't afford to refund a lousy $16.00 then they shouldn't be in business. I don't care about the $16.00 it's the lying and lousy customer service that bothers me!! Terrible service and business management!! New customers beware!!

Best Yoga classes this side of Europe! Martha and Carrie do such a great job. The gym is very clean, …. before and during Covid. Easy to get on equipment-no waiting 99% of the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hours a day. Very lucky to have this local gym in our neighborhood.

This gym is one of the best in the valley and I've belonged to quite a few over the past 10 years. The gym is a great size with plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, and other exercise equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful and there's plenty of televisions to watch that are controlled independently. The location is convenient and the prices are excellent.

Best gym out there. Great staff with even better equipment. If you are a new or experienced gym goer this gym is for you. Just a great atmosphere in general!
