Everytime I come in the staff are nice and caring they do care about their customers and maks sure that you have a good experience

First time in this location. Pharmacy Techs were SUPER rude and condescending. I was there specifically for something that’s a higher dose version of an OTC medication. I had a prescription from my dentist and they tried VERY HARD to get me to just take multiple of the otc off the shelf, specifically so they wouldn’t have to interact with the providers office or (you know) do their job of filling the prescription. When I resisted the idea they became rude and the older one even rolled her eyes.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff in store and pharmacy. Pharmacy is speedy and, most importantly, they are ACCURATE. overall prices are cheaper than other pharmacies in the area and they run great sales and specials. End of season items go for as much as 75% off.

I'm taking the time to write this review to show my appreciation for the pharmacist that worked yesterday Saturday December 15th. I was just released from the hospital and I had prescriptions that needed to be filled right away. However the pharmacist was working alone and there was only an hour left in her shift before the pharmacy closes for the night. She went out of her way to make sure that all five of my prescriptions were filled. I have never experienced better customer service anywhere than with a Rite Aid Pharmacy. And I have to say especially with the Garden City location.

Been using this pharmacy for years. Been through a few changes but the still feel like family there. Thanks for always remember all my med refills and questions I have had has always been handled. Really miss Marsha had this branch but Carrie is one of the greatest!!!
