They wanted me to wait 20+ min to blow up one single balloon. IDC how many orders they have scheduled for pickup, they should have a system that allows those in store to get simple orders placed in a timely manner. I'd have understood if there was a line of people waiting in store, but there wasn't. Poor customer service.

Not only when I have walked into the store on many occasions I have not been greeted, but there is so much dust on the items that it feels gross just touching them. The prices are out ridiculous when I can go to Walmart and find more of the product in better condition for cheaper. And honestly hearing the cashiers tell each other unsavory jokes in front of customers and even hearing one swear IN FRONT OF A LADY WHO HAD 2 YOUNG CHILDREN but have nothing done about it is unsavory. The supervisors and cashiers look like they want to be somewhere else instead of helping is sad. Bethany I think her name was i have always seen in a perky and smiley attitude always made me smile! Great job Bethany

Always fun to stop into this shop. It always has a neat variety of things. I go in mostly for party favors and candy. Theres some great items for decorating for any holiday and the quality is always right for my home full of kids.

My go to party store. Also a great place to get mylar balloons, no one has as big of a selection!

Helpful staff, called ahead and was met at the door and taken directly to what i wanted!
