Got the wrong size in the box for a shoe purchase. Went back less than an hour and a half later. Wanted to exchange the sizes as I was given a 6 and an 8. Spent 15 minutes waiting for them to look for a shoe. They said they didn’t have the same size anywhere in the store. Did not offer a refund though I had just been there, insisted I sign up for a membership I order to get a discount to return the item. Was nice about the situation but I’ve had way better service all across the country in less lively towns than this and that’s sad.
Visited this store for the first time recently and was very pleased with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were. As someone whose never used a toy of any kind before they made sure to explain the subtle differences in each item and brand to ensure I had enough info to make a purchase that will hopefully translate to a more pleasurable experience at home.nI'd recommend anyone who might be feeling nervous about their first buy to shop here, as you'll be treated with dignity and respect through the entire process. I was not comfortable when I walked in. I felt like I was in a gloomy jail cell. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is looking for adult novelty. I just felt awkward being here. I couldn’t wait to get tfo! It’s overwhelming and overpriced.

These two beautiful ladies were sooo nice and helpful to me. I dont go in often and I am new to a lot of this stiff, but they made me feel like a regular and feel very welcomed.
