Burlington

I'm sure this store as a whole is good, but the older lady with the Karen haircut would NOT leave us alone so I said F it and just put my stuff down and left.

Great place for clothes, shoes, and wall art.

Went to Burlington, website says they don’t close until 9PM I was there at 8:40, I just needed to pick up one thing but the manager had the audacity to tell me they were closed and it was full and kicked me out the store and there were only two people in there still shopping, what kind of customer service is that! Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience and manager! IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

This store is fun to go to but the staff is slow and the management can be rude. Not every interaction is negative but I don't like going to a store where I have to wonder if they're going to be in a good mood or not since this is a business and not your mother in laws house. Theft seems to be big too. The wallets are torn and the anti theft devices look like people are trying to take them off while they are there. Some are even missing the actual wallet but when I brought it to their attention, they don't even know. I think this place could be good with a serious management and security overhaul.

Service has deteriorated at this location unfortunately over the past few months. It takes way too long to check out.
