I love NB. I am very happy with the many pairs of shoes I have from NB. They have more technology behind the make of their shoes instead of marketing like Nike does. I would recommend NB to anyone that have any kind of foot issues. They are very helpful. Well worth the money. Your wide feet will love all the room! Ask for Nick or Parker!

I have been a fan of NB for 20 years. I have several issues with my feet and was heading to a wheel chair. New Balance stresses the importance of sit and fit. I explained my issues and the sales staff recommended a shoe that changed my life. The sales staff are trained technicians. They are not just cashiers. If they don’t have the answer to a question, they will find it. Because of the rigorous training that new associates are offered, it takes time to develop skill and knowledge. I have always been impressed with the loyalty and commitment Josh and all the employees have in making all the customers feel like they received the best service and product.nnOk, they are not perfect. However, they try. If you are unhappy, please let them make it right. They will!nWe had a customer try to return shoes that were purchased nine months ago. They were “uncomfortable”. If they had been returned in a timely manner, they might have been able to exchange the shoe. As it was, a healthy discount on a new pair of shoes was offered.nnFull disclosure, I am related to the owner, but all the statements are true.

I ended up going to the new balance store after multiple issues with my hips, hoping to find a shoe to help. The owner took his time to help me get fitted for the best shoe to help to support my weak ankles! The pain in my hips has been drastically better and they are now the only tennis shoe I will wear! Will definitely be going back.

Clean store. Staff helpful. However they have limited kids sizes. On one of the many shoes available.
