Needed a tux for an 8 yr old on short notice and found tuxgear. Greg helped pick out the tux, get it ready and even got me a great three-piece all for a very reasonable price. Professional and quality service at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
I placed an order on April 6th, for a boys navy blue suit, size 12. It was too small. Item: FOUGER USA PREMIUM 2 BUTTON COMMUNION SUIT - NAVY BLUE, $72.95 plus $8.99 shipping. I phoned Scott, and told him I wanted a full refund. I paid to have the suit shipped back. Copies of the Original paperwork and packaging was also included in the return. I still do not have a refund. I'm out the suit AND my money. This place is fraudulent.
Great customer service. They helped me with a rush order and did it with total professionalism. The item was great quality and very reasonably price. I would highly recommend them and plan to buy from them again.
I've gone shopping for colors before and it was so difficult to find the right color. But I walk into Tuxgear pull out the sample she gave me. They immediately know exactly what it is, walks back grabs it. In and out in 2 minutes .
