Big 5 Sporting Goods

This is a great sports equipment store. They support local schools. It's managed very well as the shelves are stocked and organized.

Went in this morning. There were 5 employees working at that time and not many customers in the store. Not one employee asked us if we needed help while we were in the store. We were in the shoe section standing around and there were 2 employees 15 feet away from us. Thumbs down. Poor customer service.

Ignore the ghetto appearance. This location is well stocked with a friendly and helpful staff. I always walk out with exactly what I'm looking for along with a positive experience.

Poor customer service, waited at the checkout line for 10 minutes and nobody came. Probably won't ever come back to this store. Required a mask for our 3 year old.. even though we checked Big 5's requirements and the cities requirements and he did not have to wear one according to that, but the girl wanted to argue about it and treat us poorly.

Would put a zero if I could, employee at the cash register told my family that my nephew who is 3 needs to wear a mask, which is not city law, also said employee after forcing us to wear masks, proceeded to take her mask off when dealing with customers. Extremely unprofessional, also sat at register to check out for about ten minutes, without letting us know she would be there in a minute, I will not be supporting this company ever AGAIN!
