Caliber Collision

I had a delightful experience with Caliber Collision in Boise on Federal! They were so awesome with keeping in communication and updating me on the status of my car. Some of the best communication I've ever had from any company! They were friendly and speedy and worked out the kinks of some special requests I had. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough how very impressed I with Caliber Collison. Went in with a loose bumper, waited less then 5 minutes and they'd reattached it and I was on my way. No charge. Duane the manager could not have been more helpful or professional. If I ever need body work done, I will gladly come here and have no problem referring anyone who needs repairs. They made it a seamless transition between them and the insurance company. Picking up my vehicle to find they had cleaned the interior and washed it as well. Chris at Caliber took amazing care of my car! I’d never been rear-ended so I e never been through any process for repairs due to a wreck. Chris communicated the whole process and kept me up-to-date on completion. I thought that working with someone else’s insurance would be a problem or huge headache for me but Caliber handles all of it and it was very stress-free for me! My car looks just like it did before I was rear-ended with the benefit of a clean interior/exterior by Chris & Caliber as well. I highly recommend.
